Default 1988 K3500 specs - any one have them?

Hey guys, I need the specifications for the truck mentioned above. I briefly searched the web and I can't find the info that I'm looking for. (Hp and TQ ratings, curb weight, fuel capacity, towing capacity and so on)

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you,

GG

We'll need to know motor, there were 4 options, and body type etc. I use to have a crew dually 4x4 one with. TBI 454. I believe it was around 165 horse, no idea on torque. It was rated 10,500 GVWR.

I'd start here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chevrol....2F1999.2F2000 And also check sites like Edmunds, etc

I had exact truck. Rear is Dana 70HD. They are VERY rust prone. If he is thinking of driving it year round, wash it often or it will be gone quickly. Mine had 4.10 gears and got about 10-12 mpg. Sorry, can't help you on curb weight and such. I only had mine for a few months.

Wow, 385ft-lbs at 1600rpm? That is some real stump pulling power.

They didn't make a shortbed crew cab in 1988.

the R/V body crew and the K5 and Burb were all off the same line till the end of `91. the 60" cab and chassis model was also an old style cab. the plants didn't retool till the `92 production year.

as for tanks if you had one of those they came as single 16 or 20 gallons and or dual tanks of either size. mine was a dual 20 gallon
