Default sterling 10.5 calipers and brackets

I have some brake calipers and brackets off of a 02 f250.
Was going to try to retrofit them to a sterling 10.25, but decided to just buy the ruffstuff brackets and go with the chevy rotors.

$50 takes all of it!

What kind of work would it take to fit these to a Sterling? I just recently bought a F350 so I don't know much about the big Ford stuff.

Cheers

they should bolt to a 99-up style
on the 98-down style it would prbably take some modification to the flange behind the spindle.
