5 hijackers ram planes in to twin towers so they can score some sweet, sweet, underage pussy. Over 3k people die so sand crickets can get their rocks off.

A little story....Our first pregnancy came at great risk to the my son and my wife without knowing and he was was born prematurely at 1 lb 14 ounces. It was through God's grace that he lived and is still with us today.

On November 5th, 2005 we lost our second child to a still-born death. We still had to go through the labor and delivery process without the reward of another child into our lives. Days after our son Slater was still born, I found myself in a local department store. It was a moment that it finally hit me like a sludge hammer in the chest what had just happened. Right then I fell to my knees in the baby department. Spent and drained and not able to hold back the tears, I wept like never before. I was there trying to figure out what the best outfit would be to have my son cremated in. I found myself not knowing what was appropriate for him to be in, what would honor him. I was lost for a moment. The rest of details of this are not important, but that fact that I got through this because I have God to fall back on. He lifted me and my wife up in ways that we could not do for ourselves.

So after long and arduous pregnancies that gave us one wonderful child, adn a still-born son, we had reservations about trying for another. Because of our difficulty getting pregnant we thought there was too much against it. So we didn't. It was not the right time to try and we were not sure that we wanted to put ourselves in that situation again.

I got a call a few months later while at work from my wife. My wife said, "I felt weird, so I took a pregnancy test" I feared that this was a postpartum depression episode that may be happening. I gently asked if she wanted me to come home. She said "NO.......... Your not gonna believe this, I am pregnant"....I could not believe it we had only been intimate once after that.

We found ourselves at the doctors the next day...sure enough we were. The due date.....one year to the day that we lost our son......I was floored. I knew that God worked in ways I could not understand, but c'mon.

Jump ahead 8 months later, My wife was not working, at home according to doctors orders. She was heading to my work on September 26th with my son to sell cookie dough for my sons school fund raiser. I was waiting for her to arrive. I got a call from her on my cell. I said " hi honey!"....I heard a different voice "Sir, your wife told me to call you, she's been in a really bad accident.......you need to get here quick" I asked where and it was a mile away.......I flew out the door and was there in no time. I came upon the accident and she had hit a car that pulled in front of her, she broad sided him going over 50. She was laying on the ground, catatonic. My son was OK. I had a friend who followed me there and I got my son out of the accident scene. Medics got there and I made them aware of the touch and go pregnancy and the med's she was on, one of which was a blood thinner. I rode in the ambulance, prayed all the way there, I was in a different place. I can't explain it. I saw everything in slow motion. I can't explain to someone that has not had an experience like this. Everything came out fine and we had a baby girl and my wife lived through it.

I have been tested time and time again in ways that only God can get me through.

Maybe these are situations that are not so tough for others, maybe some can relate. I just know that these are circumstances that I could not pretend to ever imagine coming to fruition. I am sure that these are also circumstances that may seem coincidental and have nothing to do with a path that God has intended for my family and me. But that's not my belief.

That is my little story that may shed a little light on why we don't know why the Lord works the way he does. These are mysteries that are not going to be answered until I am called home like my son Slater before me. This is all I can tell you. I can tell you that never have I denied that God is real. Never have I denied that he works in mysterious ways.

Thanks for reading.

Nuggets, You are seeing the effects of sin. The reason it bothers you so much is because somewhere down in that heart of yours you know this isn't how it's supposed to be. Which it isn't. This world is broken and we are to blame for it.

Kicks, grabs, wutever. God wants to have her hand cut off for trying to save the life of her husband?

Man was created in the image of God. Men have wieners. Christians refer to God has "Him". Hims have weiners. Jesus Christ is the son of God which infers God is male. Males have weiners

I'll agree the world is broken but it's not my fault. I can't get over the illogics of the Bible and its contradictions.

I believe in God but I'm sure it (no pee pee, remember) is nothing like described in the Bible.

Now, if it happened that someone made a bad comment about muslim, I would try to divert the conversation towards something else, cause it flares anger and that is something that is not good for the sole. I would not expect that a Muslim would step in if the roles were reversed either.

So, to sum it up, if you are a muslim, and what I said offended you, it was not intentional that you took it on the chin. I speak from what I have learned adn have been taught. I believe it to be fact and therefor was speaking from what I believe to be factual, not emotional and irrational.
Oh it clears it up, we'll have to just agree to disagree.

To clear up my stance to add some clarity to the discussion for toast and aber I am Christian, but I am not nearly as dedicated to the faith as someone like you or a Dave Kerwin.

However, I am open minded to respecting other religions and not calling them fake or discrediting them, because if you are going to have religion, you have to understand someone else may have a different religion and different beliefs.

This is why i get along with Mr. Kerwin so well, he is a very faithful man to his religion, but he understands others may have a different belief and they may be just as faithful to that religion.

I don't take offesne to anything you have said, I take offense to the closed minded way of life you have in thinking that your way (religion) is the only way and the complete lack of respect or thought that someone else's beleifs and convictions may be just as strong in their own religion or thoughts.....

Christ did say that we need to to be bold and spread His word. He also said that there would be FALSE prophets and we are not to believe them.
Your Christianity should not be worn under your coat or under a basket but on your sleeve for everybody to see.
Are you ashamed of Christ or what others may think of you? Christ has more power than anybody and there words of somebody being weakminding needing Jesus or anybody that is a Christian is using it as a crutch because life is too hard.
If you are a Christian you need to stand up for Christ and get rid of your Religion and develope a Realatioship with Jesus Himself.
You defend the muslim faith and call it respect but would a muslim defend your Christain faith and respect you?

I never defended the muslim faith, I just asked why it was fair for you to disrespect another religion while asking someone respect yours.

replace muslim with any other religion you want, if you want your religion and beliefs to be respected so that others do not offend you, you need to do the same in return.

It was a different culture. The law you are referring to is part of the laws governing cleanliness. It was unclean, and not 'in her place' to grab a guys balls. I don't agree with it but it was also a couple thousand years ago.

Man is referring to the Species. If God is purely a man then what are women made after? Men don't have Vagina's (well....Not normally). God is refered to as Him because it is a matter of authority. BUT that doesn't mean he's strickly a man. I don't know what he is, but I know that my sisters in Christ get thier characteristics from him just like I get mine from him.

Jesus had to be a man because he became flesh and the originator of sin (Adam) was a man. Do you really think people would have listened to him if he was some kind of Sheman? Especially in the Jewish Culture? He wouldn't have survived long after birth. Furthermore, My wife has a son and she is not a Man.

It's not your fault, it's Man kind's fault. We have sin. In this world, which is designed to be perfect, sin is what makes it imperfect. That's why it's broke.

BTW, You're welcome.

LC4X, you have faith in your views and I believe in mine. I think I'm right and you think your right. I can live with that. Deists, such as myself, are accepting of all religions and oppinions. We've had this discussion so many times before and nobody has changed their mind yet. I respect someone who is comfortable in their views as long as they do not try to force feed their views to others. I'm not accusing you of that, just telling you my stance.
