Default How much do I torque this to?

So last night I started to work on the plow truck for the farm. I had to replace a TRE on the drag link;when I took the bolt off for the TRE in this peice I found out that the TRE had walked in the taper and stretched it out. I took it off and I'm going to go find a new one tomorrow at the salvage yard, I just don't know how much to torque it to.
