Default 14 Bolt Gurus, strength ?

Mid 90's ribbed housing
Mid 80's non ribbed housing
I have both. Any benifits (strength) of one vs the other? Putting one in my YJ, just wondered which one to use.

I don't think there is much of a strength difference except the later one may have some metric stuff on it. I've seen half metric and half standard and my 99 14b is all metric. Not a real big deal but it does suck to have metric lug nuts on the back and standard on the front.
