Default Wanted: Ruger SR9c

As the title says, im looking for a Ruger SR9c for my concealed carry pistol. Im finally getting my CPL here in a few weeks. I went to Cabela's yesterday and tried some 9mm's out. The Ruger fits me the best I think. Looking for the 10 round and the 17 round clip as well with the gun.

Thanks for the help

Oooo, sweet man. Thanks for the heads up. I was thinking about getting a new one from Randy's Guns in Bad Axe, MI. They seem to have the best price, about $100 cheaper than Bass Pro. They have a Crimson Trace trigger guard laser and holster combo for the SRc series pistols for only 175 bucks. Some solid stuff.

Granted the .40 will have a little more recoil, but does it shoot good? How much recoil does it have? This will be my CCW so I want to make sure. Ive held it a few times and it feels nice in my hand compared to the wider/fatter Beretta PX4 compact.

USED / Ruger SR9C Stainless Mint Condition **Pic added** / Farmington, MI / - MGO Community Forum

Not near you but a good deal. I am picking one up today for 425 but with a holster and some ammo so close enough I guess.

I've got the 40, and my wife has the 9. Both "c" models. We love'em! Hers has probably 500+ rounds through it with absolutely no problems. My 40, however, has had trigger release problems. Ruger did take care of it though. You will NOT be disappointed with either one. Good luck with your search.

I have a sr9c as well. Great gun. We've got about 600 rds through ours so far and no issues. We picked ours up at Williams gun sight out in Davison for $410. They were considerably less than Gander mtn or any of our local shops at the time.

Alright, thanks for the replies guys! I appreciate it. I ended up doing some searching and I think I will end up getting one. I cant pass it up for a concealed weapon, its too nice.

I looked at Randy's Hunting Center in Bad Axe and they have a sweet deal. I plan on picking it up once I get my CPL class out of the way next weekend.

Thanks again!
