No but it really takes the balls out of the truck...likes to stall out on its own...I doubt it's Gunna hold up well, or even much longer lol.

wuss.....I smoked the small pit at the mud bog with a rod bouncing around in the pan...if you blow it up you'll be more likely to find another 3.0 and get it going again.

There's a cheap 3.0 in the parts for sale section right now with a "noisy top end"...the seller is a real solid guy....maybe between the two motors you can make one good one and some scrap money for some tube.

I would have to mount a fuel cell, make a spot to mount the pump internally, lengthen fuel lines, make a whole new driveshaft, work a few bugs out and then try goin hard in the mud...I'll be sitting this one out, just not enough time-money ratio to pull it off.

I run a 4 limk front and rear on my jeep. My buddy ran a 3link up front on his. One year at Snofari we were doing some hill climbs and his front end would not hold to the ground like mine would. He was also the one that set both of them up. Just my .02

I'm trying but I still don't have all my parts in yet, the front shaft I have a rear from another yota, the ifs Shaft doesn't travel like the rear (meant to be stationary) something like 58* Max vs The rear at 87* max...so I'm running the rear up front, just needs to be shortened, and the cell is tough cause I'm running the pump inside still and made the float work for the cell, kinda cool really, just gotta find a way to make the lines reach...

And the 3 link works for what I'm using it for, she's just a ol' 3.slow with lockers, front is a radius arm-3 link so far from garage flexing it seems pretty good, your buddy might want some better shocks or adjust his coil overs, it shouldn't hop or wander, I don't think ill have a problem.

little update, I started bending today, got the jd2 all set up and made a couple templates and all in all, im very impressed with it, makes great bends and it only took me like an hour to have the bend radius and positioning figured out...heres the rear that will protect the tail lights and connect the bars from rear of the frame to the top part of the cab, and the pieces that go over the rear window and main start to the exo, looking like its gunna work out great.

i got the stand and everythign mounted, that thing was a pain in the ass with a full stick of hrew , it wanted to hit every wall and leave me no room to make my bends, had to clock it 2 times on the floor, but i think all my bends are short now so i shoulllddd be alright.
