I hope your axle isn't centered at that height, with the trac bar at that kind of angle it's going to move towards the driver's side quite a bit when the front comes up and you get some more weight on the rear....can you lower the frame end trac bar mount enough to get it near level at ride height?

Either way, looks good, you should buy 35's so I can buy your 34's.

No it's not centered, I had a couple big dudes jump on it last night. To doesn't bind, and it doesn't move to the drivers as much as I thought it would...the springs need to be turned and the bucket cap needs to be put on...it needs to be aligned the rest of the way. And it needs shocks, straps etc. I couldn't resist rolling it outside today it was too nice out.

There a little different, but not substantially...like I said I talked with trail gear on measurements, and that's about all I could do, without the huge 75 dollar bracket on the frame side....if it breaks or rides like shit I got some 2x4 square tubing to drop it down with.

There's lots to do still. I have to cap off a couple brackets, mount a tool box and my fuel cell, put the lockers in, and the rear half of the Exo. Somewhere between there the front is getting gutted and start fabbing up the 3 link front.

Shouldn't the upper run at an angle to form some sort of triangulation?

I will be linking the rear of mine but its getting four linked for sure. As mentioned on page 1 if you set it up right it will flex everybit as well without the side to side movement.

Negative, it's a parallel 3 link. The panhard bar takes care of the side to side, 3 link is cheaper, and more reliable, not relying on bind to hold my rear straight...at this point I can grab that tire and lift it all the way to the bumpstop, without any bind what so ever, and i am still waiting for someone to justify why the 4 link is so much better, the 3 link does its job well, trail gear, of all companies, would not sell a rear 3 link kit if it wasn't up to par...I feel as they aren't a common build, and people oppose them just for that reason...I'm Gunna run a 3 link in front and rear, I will keep posted to see how it does...

A little unsafe flex for your afternoon...I love that the body stays flat and the suspension takes all the brunt work...

Did you measure how tall it was to the top of the cab when it was level? Looks a little high but not bad. I am ~77" on 38's to the top of the exo.

84" if I remember correctly, cause my garage door is 87" and it nearly wouldn't come out. What kind of lift are you running?

Man I just ready your build thread, we have 2 completely different beasts... In my pics it's sitting on35's, and you can see my entire frame, also I am goin coils all around and links...and we have diff body styles..so our measurements are Gunna be diff cause newer ones are a little taller. I'm also wider cause I was an ifs and using everything off my ifs to keep it wider. Not hating just comparing, I honestly think mine is too big, I was hoping for 4-6" lift and found myself 11" over where I used to be.lol...
