Seems to be a very well built rig that has obviously proven itself time and again. Good luck with the sale and whatever comes next!!

This is just weird and wrong on so many levels. No more KOH for you!!!! Must have inhaled too much dust or whatever that funny stuff was in the air out West.
I suppose you gotta do what you gotta do. I hope your plans still involve wheeling.

I'm gonna wish you GLWS, but not sure if I mean it.

6 months of every spare minute I had and several late nights spent just studying and packaging the front end on this thing. With some small changes, the body lift can be taken out and the tub dropped back down and then some 37's slapped on it like when it was first linked, then swap to a 4L60 and figure out how to get A/C on it, then I don't see how this could be improved upon for a proven and well rounded rig.

I'll be bummed to see it go but whoever manages to pick it up is getting a lot more vehicle than the spec sheet leads you to believe.

GLWS.... There might soon be a JK buggy up for sale now that my sole motivation for finishing it will be cruising around in a rhino.

Guess, I'll give the serious answer.

"IF" I were doing a buggy, none of the above. But I'm not. I found a really nice chassis while at KOH that I came very close to pulling the trigger on. After pricing it out and realizing I was going to dump another $10-15K into it, I dropped the idea. Here it is;

At the moment, I'm simply burned out and not looking forward to a body swap. As the jeep has been built bigger and beat harder, my wife no longer enjoys going. My kids are married and have lives that don't include wheeling. So, I get stuck wheeling with all you dirt bags while my family is doing something else. It's taken some of the fun out of it.

My guess is that it's not going to sell so it's going to sit for a couple months. After I get some honey-do stuff done, I'll look at doing the body swap. In the mean time, if it sells, I'm going to pick up a Rubicon and throw some 33's on it.

There's the serious reply.

Since no one seems to have any money, it looks more like a yard ornament.
