I like your logic, but something to think about, what if someone is in your way, could you just drive over their vehicle?

I'm still thinking multiple laps... make it a 3-4 hour struggle. It would be nice to have it loop back past the tow rig section so you can stop for repairs/refuel.

multiple laps is good.we can run shit creek, the top of the hill, then down and run the other creek backwards. head out towards curly's driveway then run the stairstep,go left and back down next to the stairstep, turn right into charlien's and go to the top of the hill one side, then run down the other.come in the west side of helmet hill along the rocks, hit helmet then back down and out the creek.then back out to charlien's camp and over to curly's driveway then do it all again...

ok this is how part of it is going to be starting will be in 30 sec.intervals just cause i don't have anywhere that would be wide enough to start everybody at the same time draw for order out of a hat or something like that. The course will be kept secert till drivers meeting so no one can practice or complain.once the rules are posted read them carefully cause there will be no changeing them{not gonna be a whole lot if any}they willbe mostly for safety of spectators.i like the idea of 3 or 4 laps depanding on lenght of course i plan on making about 45 min to a hour lap.there will be a pit area for fixing or gas might even be a mandotory stop at it .also i would like to see if volunteers want to come and give a hand before and during the race may even have some new stuff cut.let me know watt u think

Endurance course with 3-5 laps of approximatley 1 hour lap times. To help prevent bottle necks, I would do more like 3 or even 4 minute intervals at the start line. It will spread everyone out a little more. I would want difficult sections, but use only sections where there are 2 or more lines to prevent bottle necking. Difficult sections would be a good place for spectators to see high action passes.

Can def count me in. I agree with the above 2 post. Def need some difficult sections but agree with needing at least 2 different lines, makes for great watching and great racing without a ton on bottle necking. Last time up i kept saying i wanted to race someone up the stair step, sounds like ill get my chance

Definitely 2 lines on the difficult stuff, the more lines, the better, the more challenges the better. Whatever you guys do will be fine!

I would make Helmet Hill mandatory but set it up with solid winch points at the top, both sides of the tree.

it would be a great last lap, no winching allowed, obstacle..

or make it a part of the course (again, no winching) that gives you a 5-10 minute short-cut

After discussing with Clint, Jacob, and Luke earlier...

Point A to point B (lowest point to highest point perhaps?) Best time wins. No laps. Keep the rules extremely simple.

I don't like the lap idea... You can make long runs no problem with that kind of land.

Kim and I would volunteer to help curly. I like the simple idea myself, whatever that ends up being it will keep it fun and easy going for all involved.
