Well it back on the ground. The front and rear are complete now. Still have some odds and ends to tie up like plumbing the steering and trim wheel wells but it's very close. Tab did a great job getting this all setup with me, the hoist was a huge time savings. We have about 50 hours into the project and the suspension is done. I have is home now to take care of what remains.

Here it is at its final ride height.

LOL... we didn't measure it on the ground with the tires. We checked it during setup and I believe it was 104/105 inches. I'll have to check that now that it's on the ground at ride height. The part I'm really happy with is the ride height, it sits much lower than it did on the springs. Again we didn't measure the height while on the springs but it's probably 4-5 inches lower.

Thanks Benny, we'll have to plan a trip to get out on some rocks. I'm ready to scratch some paint, well once I get the rest of it done.

Now that I know the exact amount of time it takes to do this with a hoist I could actually bid stuff like this a lot better. Although when I put an hourly rate with the hours it takes I'm sure I won't be getting many jobs.

Oh and I'm very happy with the way things turned out! Very low, got everything to clear in all situations, and no shortcuts were taken. We angled the ram and ram mount up a bit too much for better clearance but it almost hosed us with the track bar locations. But it all worked out.

Just get ahold of me, we will order the parts, and make it happen.
I know of a couple guys we can work with if Tab is unavailable.

Ironman Offroad can take on a project like this also.
