Default Flipper's grand cherokee

Just started working on Flippers grand he had a d60 narrowed and put in the front last year. The plans for this year are sterling rear axle to match superduty d60 front, king coil overs and air bumps on the rear, unibody plating, double tri rear four link, move rear axle another 4 or so inches back, fender trimmin/tube work, new front four link bars an inch or 2 longer, new front track bar, 5.13 gears and arb in the sterling, antirock sway bar on the rear, and 40" nittos. He rolled the jeep twice last year so we decided the front axle was a little too narrow so we put 1.5" wheel spacers on the front bringing it too 64 1/4 wms and narrowing the sterling to match 64 1/4 wms.

i bought a turned and polished bar and turned some alum pucks for the carrier bearings then turned some dom to id on the bar and od into the spindles to use for a jig to get the spindles on true, i decided to wait till the truss work is done and welded to weld the spindles on just incase the truss welding warps the housing at all i will be able to compensate with the spindles.

why all the extra work and expense with the 10.25 when there are other options (dually hubs, turn off wheel flange make new ones, etc)?

any more pics of that bumper, and how the exo is tied in? Project heep looks great!

We got the sterling to match the metric bolt pattern on the front superduty 60. What extra work no matter what we got it was gonna have to be narrowed to match the front track width.

I really like the Semi-exo cage lol. Its tastefully done.

So do you have any plans on cutting to clear those 4tttt's??? there's a local guy here who's doing pretty much the same build. built 60's, coilover's, and 40" irocks.
