Default 1988 f-150 high idle

I have a 1988 f-150 with a fuel injected 302. The problem is, when it is in park and neutral the motor will idle around 1300-1500rpms cold, and when it gets warm it will idle between 1600-2000rpms. When the truck is in drive it will idle normal around 800-900rpms. Anybody got any suggestions. Thanks.

Throttle position sensor had the same problem on my buddys 88 F250 and my grandpas friends 89 E150. Have you scanned the codes yet?
