Default H1 wheels on 3rd Gen

Does anyone have both an H1 beadlock and a 3rd gen Ram? Would you be willing to pull both a front and rear wheel to verify if they will clear the calipers? My interwebz search has lead to both answers of yes and no. most people seem to think the biggest interference is control arms and mine are in a Tj. I would love to save a few bucks and run these rims with 37" tires as I need both rims and tires.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but aren't H1 rims 16.5s? If so, I'm saying no they won't clear. I tried a set of 16.5 rims on my '05 and they wouldnt fit. Mine were aluminum Eagle 589s though.

My theory is that due to the two peice design there is no need for the tire mounting depression in the middle of the wheel. If this is the case that could all the difference. Let's not forget the clearance difference is only 1/4" (half the difference) I realize I'm being very optimistic here but this could save a large expense in my build.
