Talking SOLD - LPD60 & D70 4.88 R&P, Precision Gear

These gearsets are used, but not much beyond break-in at all. I ran these for a very short time in the Ram before I decided I was going to 40's and re-geared to 5.13. Gears look excellent - I will even bring them to KillerB for evaluation.

Use these links for the part #'s to compare prices:

60D/488
- SOLD

706D/488 - SOLD

$100 each obo.

Perfect if you happen to have 1-ton Chevy dually axles or a Ram 2500HD.

Will the 70 gears work in a Ford 70. Believe it is a 78 or 80? Not quite sure I can get the numbers if you want.

"Ford" doesn't change anything about it being a D70. Its standard cut.

I understand that, but Randys ring and pinion told me that it could be a 5/16 offset- does that sound right? Just wondering if ever heard of that?

I don't think they told you that. I think they told you 5/8 or 9/16. 5/8 is indicated in the link I have to the exact part number on Precision's site in the first post. Check it out.
