Default 2004 Mustang Convertible Project Sale Trade Feeler

So my nephew hit some black ice a couple of days ago and banged up his Mustang. Until the accident the car was clean. It is a V6 auto, brown leather interior.

Accident took out driver door, quarter, and convertible top. It also cracked a wheel, so the rear axle may be an issue too. Everything else is fine. I haven't checked it out in person yet, but from all the pics I've seen, I feel it is probably salvageable, but I basically have no interest in it. The car has a clean title in his name.

My nephew wants me to do some work to his Cummins Dodge, and will "pay" me with the Mustang. I'm still deciding whether or not to take it.

Soooooo....anyone have any interest in this pile? If I get it, I'll probably part it or fix it to trade. But of course I'd sell as is, or trade as is.

Thoughts?

Checked it out. Not worth fixing. It tweaked the whole body "tub" right behind the front seats and would take alot of unibody rack work to fix.

I'm sure the nephew would take around 1k for what's left of it.
