Default The Repair Shop

I am starting a repair shop at 208 E. Midland rd in Auburn, Michigan.

I am offering general automotive repair, equipment repair, and trailer repair

If you are in the Tri-City area and need something done, mention GL4X4 and I will knock my labor rate from $68.50 down to $58.50
I am a certified Master Mechanic and I've worked a car or two over the years.

The shop will be opening October 10th because I am dealing with my mother's funeral stuff for the better part of next week.

Shop #989-662-7785. You can try to reach me before the 10th if you have a question but I might not be around to answer the phone.

Wish me luck in this endeavor.

Nope, Wee Care is still going strong.

I'm hoping to do things a little differently. I am not doing any diagnoses. I'm not dropping 20 grand on a modus and diagnostic software. It used to piss me off when I would charge a person 1 hour diagnostic time and they would get pissed off and tell me Autozone will diagnose it for free. Well now they can get it diagnosed at Autozone and bring me the parts.

I'm trying to keep my overhead as low as possible.

I think a lot will migrate back eventually. I also have my customer data base on my computer so I can send out junk mail about the shop eventually.

A modis with the European software and a low amp clamp is $14k after Snap On interest. That is unless they've significantly lowered the price. I bought my last one probably 7 years ago and had to give it back to Snap On after I broke my leg and couldn't keep up with the bills at the shop.

They don't make the Modis anymore anyways.

It's my fault, I always forget about the discount we get at the school.

That was bad time. A 42 year old dude should not participate in mixed martial arts. That's how I broke my leg. I actually joined Cosens for about a year but a 45 year old dude does not belong there either. It was fun but I was always in pain and the young guys were just kicking my ass. When my membership expired, I decided to retire from the martial arts community.
