Default 4l60e swaps

I have a 2002 4x4 silverado with a 4.8L and 4l60E with a MANUAL tcase.

The 4L60E im going to swap into it is from a 2006 silverado with a 5.3 and electric tcase(i assume) but im using my tcase. Will I have any problems with this swap or is a simple R&R?? Please let me know ASAP any help is appreciated!!!!
