Default Need Trans/T-case info/help...

What I have...

350 SBC/TH350/(Drivers drop)NP231C with a Terraflex Supershort SYE and stock 30/35 axles..

What I am putting under it...

Chromo'd Scout Dana 44's (Pass Drop)...

I need to know what is going to be the least expensive way of attaching a Pass drop t-case on my TH350 (has a 4bolt to 5 bolt adapter in between both cases presently)

As of right now I have a line on a two 205's with adapters for close to 200 bones each, but they are in the other end of Michigan...

I have searched a couple of sites, this one fairly extensively and am getting confused

Thanks for the help

if memeory serves me right and it has been a while doing it, you will need a 700r4 to 231 adapter out of a s-10 and get a 2" aluminum spacer to go between the t350 and the adapter. And then you will need to have a short 2wd shaft installed into your trans. With all that it will be a looong drivetrain in a jeep.

reread your post and you have a drivers drop t-case and a pass drop front axle that combo will never work together.

cheapest route is the 205 and use the 205 adapter for a t350

the most cheapest way is to find someone who is giving away a np203 but it is bulky as hell

No problem, just not on here as much anymore. My boys keep me busy with baseball.

Find a NP 208 passenger drop. They put them on th350s here and there. Better low range and ALOT lighter aluminum case.
