Default Front sas leaf spring questions

Ok I have a sas swapped s10 on leafs up front . First question why do jeeps wrong shackles at front of vehicle instead of rear ? 2nd question should my spring bolts be level front and rear thus making spring level? My setup current has front bushing mounted higher then rear shackle so prings sits at angle. any advice?

i have the shakle at the rear, running 4" ez ride full size chevy springs up front, and they are almost level, I cant recall if it is level or not, I can check when i get home but i think they are level from spring eye to spring eye.

what kit did you use?, I have the Sky kit, there is a 2" peice of channel that the front spring mounts are welded to, all of which sits under the frame. PM me your number and I will text you pics to night if that helps too. or sense your close you can come by and check out my set up and see everything you might be questioning.

My front spring eye is approx 2" higher then the rear spring eye at ride height. I use a stock Chevy shackle on the rear eye I can't remember the length and can't get under the truck to measure it.

Found a pic of mine if it helps still had not put the track bar in yet. My spring pack is different then most as I have a lot of weight to control. My steering does not rub the springs at all. The mounts and cross member are recessed into the frame not stacked under it like most people do.
