Default Thought we were in trouble for a min.

This is at fort custer by battle creek. We were taking all the trails having fun, when the trail had three large barriers in the way. Being smart and cunning we went around the barriers and continued on the trail. We came to a large flooded part. Knowing it would be deeper in the middle I decided to go around or on the edge of the puddle. No other puddles were not near as deep. We fell through couldnt back out and only way to go was forward as in winch forward. My winch was completely submerged, I had to reach underwater to hook the remote to it. at one point while winching the water was about 4" up my passenger window. No damage yet.

There were barriers in the trail, and you decided to go around them as though they didn't apply to you? Good call.

You should always do this on all trails because laws don't apply to you and your swimming jeep.

I was thinking the same thing until I decided he must have been on private gov prop. Prop to the fish killer for finding a way around the barrier's.

Dont bother changing your fluids either.. In the winter the water helps thin them down operate more efficiently!

wheels are MT street loc tires 35x12.5 15 not a fan of the wheels. My fluids dont have any water in them I checked and it was on ft custer. The barriers were to mark a newer course for drivers training. It's all government property that we tear up in humvees so my jeep was not a issue

If people want to check out the other trails I could take prolly 4 vehicles with me on a day trip. Just gotta check in with range control and stay off the ranges. minor trails to what you see above. All on private property. Worse case senario we have to get a hemmet wrecker to get ya.

I questioned the whole barrier thing as well good explanation.....

When I wheel I air down quite a bit and I keep dragging the beadlock over and on the sides of rocks. It is hard to keep them clean also. I am waiting to find someone who wants to trade. I want to keep the mt classic style

Yup that easy just use common sense on the ranges stay on the trails and off the shooting ranges and you should be good. If you see the range flag up that means there are people out there so stop in at range control and ask.
