Brownsville is in The US, but may as well be Mexico.

I couldn't discern the difference except for the Immigration patrols that were all over the city.

You don't shot to kill you shoot to STOP.

Only way to stop is to aim for the chest.

Again, even more BS. That article is about property in Brownsville. Their property was split by the "fence", not the border. There are no towns that are on both sides of the border. Proposterous! You claim to have been reading about a couple others. Please find me 2 (even 1) TOWNS that are split by the BORDER. Either find them or admit that you are full of shit.

From the article: "Because of a decades-old treaty with Mexico prohibiting building in the Rio Grande floodplain, the government built its border fence more than a mile north of the snaky river, trapping tens of thousands of acres of Texas--land in Cameron and Hidalgo counties--on the wrong side of the fence. Please show me the other TOWNS that are on both sides of the BORDER. You cant claim RONGNESS as your defense. Just quit while you are behind and say "Yes, I am full of shit and made up some useless trivia that I didnt think Mr.Green would call me out on." Just do that and I will let this drop. Your choice Mr.RONG.

Failure to stop drill.

Two to the chest, one to the head. Some instructors also teach pelvis shots, however the pelvic area is a long way away from the CNS, so a pelvic shot may not incapacitate a bad guy quickly, even if it does drop him.

It sucks, but it was 100% justified use of force, hopefully some kids today won't be such dumbasses after reading stories like this.

I agree it may be sad, but it serves him right for treating a gun recklessly, pointing it at other people, including officers, and for not putting the weapon down.

It does not serve him right for bringing it to school. My father used to carry both a .22, and a .410 to school regularly, hunting rabbits and checking trap lines on his way home from school. He never shot anyone, and never pointed a weapon at another person. I realize that bringing a gun to school is a no-no now days, but that is a rather poor opinion to take.

I see this as a major problem in this "rising musical star"'s life...

"Gonzalez Sr. said he had no idea where his son got the gun or why he brought it to school, adding: "We wouldn't give him a gift like that.""

Good chance that if fucktard Dad had taught his child that guns are part of the world and they need to be respected and cannot be treated as a toy, this kid may still be with us and learning to plink off armadillo's tails or something.
