The real lesson should have been in poor visibility and slippery roads slow down.

If you are in a crash, get your car off the fucking road immediately if it's driveable. Seriously. You don't have to leave it there to prove to the cops what happened. Move it to the right shoulder right away.......safely.

The thing is, the majority of people are complete morons that have absolute no clue of what is going on around them, especially when vehicles are involved.

This has always baffled me and I'll never understand it.

I actually saw a wreck happen today and it took the drivers about 5 minutes to decide to move their mildly dented piles out of the intersection.

PS - Buicks are still built like tanks.

Absolutely true even when it is 60* and sunny. There have been 5-6 instances during my daily commute where emergency vehicles are approaching from the rear with lights on, I have noticed every time well before they get to me even though there are other vehicles behind me blocking my view of the vehicle, I move over, and yet some guy will be tooling along with a lit up ambulance behind him for 1/2 mile or more.

I saw a guy t-bone another car at a 4 way stop in ohio and they all just got out and left their cars as they sat, i rolled up and said " maybe you could move your busted ass vehicles to a nearby parking lot so the intersection doesnt become a parking lot" they promptly informed me its the law to leave them as they were??? i mobbed over the curb and GTFO.

I sort of did that in my Cherokee heading to work one day, idiots in the left traveling to fast spun hit the truck in front of me. I was in Full time 4wd aimed for the ditch stayed on the gas and made it around both of them, popped back onto the road in front of them and then said Holy F*ck.....LOL I'd rather be in the ditch than have someone hit me.

So true, I always come to a complete stop no matter what way to amber-lamps is coming; funny thing is it seems to piss off the guy (if there is one) behind me? Didn't know it was bad to follow the rules?

I have been honked at more than once for stopping, I once saw a guy pull out behind an ambulance and follow it like a pace car.

That is one of the best cars to have on roads like that. WRX all wheel drive and computer system that runs it is kick ass. If you know what your doing with the car its almost unstopable.

I know he loves I94. I had to kill the water here this morning. Harper Woods. A car went up the side of the freeway, over the service drive and plowed into the side of this house.
