Well got everything working today my plan on the vss worked. It was definitely a challenge in the end but i am happy to say everything seems to be functioning including speedo all gauges, cruise, tranny shifting fine now. More test driving tomorrow. crappy pics i will get some better ones.

well the customer has been driving the truck for a year now and the truck is back at the shop for some upgrades. swapped in a pi v10 long block and intake, and built some stainless headers.

super duty gauge cluster, and super duty abs module to to send correct signal from rear axle sensor to gauge and computer for trans shifting.

got evertything to work just like factory he has put 10,000 miles on it since swap and had 0 querks.

Yea still haven't got to try a dynasty out, I have a sycrowave 250 no pulse control. Pulse would be nice for these stainless jobs

I picked up an Everlast 200DX. So far its been a great little machine, much more affordable than a miller or lincoln too. AC/DC with pulse. Going to upgrade the torch to a superflex CK soon.

Headers look good. Was that a kit?

No not a kit, I had a place burn the flanges and they make the 5-1 merge collectors for vipers then the rest was just mandrel j bends I cut up and fit. Back purged all the welds too.
