There is a part of me thay wants to paint it, but I also love the retro look. You can buy the graphics new from a couple sources but they are dam expensive.

Won a 50$ gift card from jcr on facebook so I used it to get a pait of shackle tabs and shackles since I needed some better tow points. These things are nice, and beefy!

Picked up one of ruffstuffs heim steering kits for it....seemed like a easy way to add a lot ofstrength to the steering.

The steering did not pan out....when it came in the mail it was not the heim steering kit that was advertised....it was a "y" link setup useing gm tierods. So I sold it to a buddy and I am just gonna replace the bad tierod I have and run with what I have.. Also looking at winches. Gonna get one and build a new front bumper and spring hanger soon.

Thanks!

It does well for a dirt simple, 100hp, leafsprung rig. I did full tilt, the rock section in the pics and the both tire pits....i was gonna take a crack at warn valley but there was a broken rig in the middle of it...maybe next time

New transfercase crossmember to replace the stocker I destroyed yesterday. 3/8 press bent steel. Should be a lot stronger and gain me almost 3" clearance.

Crosssmember is almost done. Gotta weld in some gussets and what nor and it will be wrapped up for now....this winter I am gonna either lift the drivetrain or go to clocķed duals for a flat belly.

Crossmember is done. I am not sure how happy I am with it, but I have 0$ invested in it so if it does not work out it is no great loss.

Worked on gusseting the front crossmember and getting it tied into as much of the frame as I can in preparation for the winch. Should have winch mount end of the week from trail gear. Get that on and little things buttoned up then its off to wellsville end of the month.

Made a spare tire hold down out of a gm unit bearing and a piece of pipe. Its not fancy but it works great.
