Screw the man cave and the $3,000. Use the $3,000 to purchase the two neighboring trailer and you will have a triple lot that will probably get you more ass then a man cave.

Cheap Carpet.

The autoshow stuff or just some discounted carpet. It is nice to work on my bikes in the garage now that I have carpet down. I have an old broom and vacumn it cleans up nice. I don't worry about stains.

Over Head Storage
This'll free up your floor space.

Since it such a small area, what about ditching the workbench and tool chest? How much wrenching can you really get done in there? I would go for a couch, converted fridge to kegorator, tv, video games, and a nice sound system. Emphasis on function over form rather than women shit that is form over function. Get a comfy ugly as hell couch.
