It depends how you want it cooked. We use cast iron when it's thicker cut bacon, the Teflon for thinner crunchy stuff.

Rong. I make bacon nearly every day. Been buying "odds and ends" from a local farmer. Its amazing, you get big fat thick pieces, and other pieces so thin you can see through. Its amazing stuff.
