Can Eli and I go with? He's cute.
I'm not.

Come on my mother moved in for a few months.

My abdomen isn't hurting as bad as it's been. And yesterday the Dr ordered cat scan to see if it herniated. I'm sure my dislike for the dye has nothing to do with my reduction in pain. Seriously

Got my hair cut off - donated it too.
Long hair and crutches, been there before, not going again.:)

One week to go then I'm trapped.
And in this week
Paper work needs to get done. House needs to be made accessible, for crutches. House cleaned so I'm not embarrassed when people come in. Pole barn reorganized. Eli coat trimmed. Grocery shopping. Learn to deal with the fact my mother is here. Just keep saying to myself, it's a good thing she's here to help.
Now that's random.

Yes, but won't be able to stand for long after Friday. Kind of hard to cook with right foot elevated higher than heart.

How do people live stacked on top of eacother in a city? I can't stand it. I was only there for two days, couldn't even drive my truck go my sisters house without a police escort.

I wonder the same about people who live in "modern" sub-divisions

Would love to live way out in the country.

The only problem is finding a decent job way out in the country.

No
I get a home nurse for 3 days and IV drip with pain meds.
Still waiting on my new wheels, order placed by Dr but insurance rep has not approved the order. Everything needs to be here by next Friday.
And I did finally get EBT approved. I plan on getting the food I'll need for a month, before next Friday. I won't have to worry about how to carry bags in.
And still need a way to have heat. No propane money and tank is 15% which would last me years if I could load wood in boiler.
My Church gave me wood, and Church family member will plow for me.

Rutabaga Au Gratin in the oven.

Either going to be awesome, or one bite and it'll go in the trash.

I disagree there are plenty of good jobs at least in my area. I am not way out in the country though nowhere south of Lansing can be "way out" IMO.

This isn't 1873, there are things called cars that can take you work. It's not like you have to hitch up the horses to your wooden wheeled buggy and ride all day to go 20 miles to town.

recently drove from MI to n.dakota. cannot image the guts it took to take a conastoga wagon westward not knowing were you were gonna end up nor what you'd encounter on the way. today's vehicles/roads = piece of cake
