Yeah losing weight is never easy
Latley been working on just cutting out fast food and started going shopping more and packing my lunches, normally just a turkey or ham sandmich with like 15 chips and so far im holding to it, 2 weeks now fast food free. Next i would like to cut out pop and eat just a tad better. Use to have many pops a day but now I limit myself to 1 or 2. I just have a hard time counting calories and sticking to it Im the kind of guy that needs to come home to work to a meat, potatoes(and I like lots), and veggy kind of dinner so im trying to slowly work on my other meals of the day and my bad habbits and see where I end up. Already down 5 lbs and im no fatass by any means but i would sure feel better about 40 lbs or so lighter and already feel better about not eating garbage even though i miss taco bell. But thank you for the tips.

Nope one of the girls who works for me did the diet and where I sub in other proteins she put in leans meats instead like chicken breast, turkey breast, 99% lean beef, or deli ham. She only needed to lose 10lbs but now she is down like 15lbs because she feels better and is saving money on the diet.

For a man it's 1500 to 1700 calories a day, usually around 1600. You eat 2100 calories once a week though to slow metabolism drop.
You eat a breakfast- about 200 calories, can be toast and egg white sandwich or cereal. You want a carb and protein.
Snack mid morning- fruit and greek yogurt
Lunch- mike sometimes eats smart ones or sometimes a salad with a protein
mid afternoon snack- protein like tofu, peanut butter, lean meat (not for us) and another non carby fruit- like an apple. If you are a sweets lover a pudding snack also works.
dinner is a 400ish calorie ordeal. Usually I bulk the meal with vegetables and use a lot of herbs and garlic for flavor.
After dinner we have an evening snack like air popped popcorn or fruit.

I find it works for us because you are never hungry and your blood sugar is really unbalanced.
Initially for exercise we just did cardio but now after the initial weight loss we are adding strength training. Also at first I gave him additional snacks of cut up veggies and eventually he didnt need the extra food to stay full.
