This movement caused by electon redistribution could be harness by specially designed triangles that could convert the energy harnessed from movement at the atomic level to movement available on a human scale. The Germans thought this would be useful technology to get people to the grocery store.

I call BS, if the Germans had tried inventing something like that it would for the purpose of taking over the world, not going to the grocery store!

Oh, it's real. The Germans developed the initial technology but it was prone to failure because the varying materials of construction, especially in the areas of gas phase separation, heat balance within the device, and keeping lubricating fluids away from the electron redistribution chambers (excessive lubrication would cause small particulate(s) suspension after the electrons have been redistubuted and the available kinetic energy had been converted to movement). The particulate clould that would exit the device had a tendency to be olfactory overpowering to anyone near the device if ventalation in the immediate area was not good. Sever cases of particulate suspension in air also resulted in problems with a persons eyes. These effects were easily reversable if the person vacated the immediate envronment. If they didn't, sever headach, nausia, and eventually death would result.

The power of triangles must be respected.

No. Triangles CAN be used to convert electrochemical energy into motion.

After the Germans developed the initial technology and tried to put into semi-production but failed, I understand the Japanese became interested in the relatively new device that employed trianges for electrochemical energy conversion. They too had problems with materials of construction of the day but they pressed on in their developement. They wanted to develope the technology because the device was capable of producing large amounts of power given the size and weight of it's construction. They felt the device could be made efficient enough it could power various modes of transportation including aircraft! The Japanese put huge sums of money (and untold man hours) into the developement of the device. There were some very early, low volume production units but there were considered dismal failures because of their poor reliability.

Triangles kick ass!

If watts = volts x amps, then I would have to think 1200 amps would cause some damage.
