Why is it so hard to find younger people that are willing to work?

Why do younger people expect 50 an hour to do some thing I could train a monkey to do?

It's really starting to go annoying

Any other employers of this sight haveing that problem?

I mean I'm only 22 but have no problem doing shit work for low pay you have got to start some where I just don't get it

I work for a landscaping company and I'm currently doing snow removal and iv had two helpers with me that I shit canned as of tonight (19)(20) I mean there not makeing a killing but it's money and it's better then sitting at home doing nothing at least how I look at it.

So now I have these 12 or 15 accounts I'm doing by my self which I don't mind but would be a lot nicer with some help.

O ya it's shoveling I'm doing and them two were doing not plowing

I think when it's a minimum wage, unskilled labor job such as you describe, you will always have dead beats. It's like finding good help for fast food nobody with a brain is going to do it and if forced into it they won't be there long.

It's 10 bucks an hour I make more.

It's all cash to push a shovel and half the time we would go out would be for a dusting just throw down some salt easy money.

The thing they were doing was bitching about 50 bucks not being worth there time and would rather be home sleeping and that's when I had enough

50 bucks for 3 hours of work is not that bad when you have nothing better to do

My point exactly it's a job that nobody wants to do for a price that doesn't make you any money. So the help will always be trash. You will run across a good worker every once I a while that will take a position like you describe. They won't be there long either as they will find something that pays better and isn't so sucky.

Don't get me wrong I see your point and agree its the wrong attitude. It's just how people who are willing to work for that kind money think. Really it sounds like pretty good pay for what the job is. I still think a position anyone can do will always be the biggest headache for an employer. The more skill and education required the less hassle the employee will typically be. There are exceptions to that also.

Well one thing is and iv told them if you do good doing this on time and just work you could have a job working in the summer here for more money think of this as a probationary period we lost to guys this summer and need a could more but could make 11-15 and hour for a 40-60 hour work week which isn't bad at 19-20 at least that's not how I look at it.

I couldn't work fast food or any thing like that I like haveing a job u have to use your brain mostly every day and being outside.

I'm just saying iv paid my dues and never bitched I just don't get where these kids with no skills have the nerve to say I'm to good for this

Guess I was raised differently

End of rant lol

Close your fucking mouth when you chew! Is it that hard? Is it bad I had to leave the room quietly before I got really angry and caused a problem that isn't worth the hassle?

Ugh... Why the fukc would you carry a 1911 if you are so scared of the design that you carry it half cocked with the safety off or hammer down with the safety off... It makes absolutely no sense. Those two modes of carry are far more dangerous than carrying it properly. By doing either of those things you're disabling the safeties built into the pistol... to prevent an accident... Wtf?

If you aren't comfortable with it... GET SOMETHING ELSE.
