Default 2005 tahoe DRL question

i bought this old MSP tahoe while putting it back together the only i notice that doesnt work is the drl's. the dash lights come on as they are supposed to but nothing outside. i looked, found and removed the headlight flashers. does anyone have a wiring diagram? or any ideas? headlights work as they should with switch just not automatic stuff

I think that is how they wire those law enforcement vehicles. They want to be able to have the vehicle running without the lights on.

First test would be to see if the DRL relay is working. its in the underhood distribution center. key on engine off put it in drive and jumper terminals 30 and 87 see if the lights come on. if not then check for power at the relay on the computer side and the battery side. you need to find out if the truck has option code VD1. the wiring schematics are different between the 2.
