Default heater line leak, odd part

I have this 95 GMC vandura (full size van) 5.7L starcraft conversion. the suburbans with rear heat might have this part too?

There is rear heater lines to the rear of the van mounted along the frame, they seem simple enough to replace, standard 5/8 hose.
Where they pass over the front upper A-arm on the pass. side they turn into a hard line bend up and down, over and "Y" 5/8-3/4, then hose again. this hard line is the rustiest part i may have ever seen, there are 2 of them. there is a large hole, there is no saving the parts. from what I can find from the dealer they are not available.

What can I make this from? can copper hold up? should I just run all hose with a Y at the end?

anyone run into this before?

so here is the one line, I'm thinking I'm just going to make it out of a tee and hose, its 3/4 on all three outlets. is there anything metal I can make this out of easily?

the other line not pictured is part of the aux heat valve, which I can still buy.

done. pulled the old valve/tube assembly and replaced it with hose, replaced the valve with a single in/out valve (for 84 elcamino) added a few tees and called it a day. for reference this is what I changed, it works fine and eliminates a $90 valve and replaces it with a $10 valve that is in stock at virtually every auto parts store. the supply line pictured above was replaced with 3/4" hose and a tee, and a bunch of zip ties to keep it along its original path.
