Default cheap basic gps for sled (breadcrumbs)

im thinking about a gps for my sled? cant spend too much, 150 to 300 at the most. i would prefer a color screen and it needs to be memory card expandable. im hoping to find a used one somewhere. what models were good a couple years ago, i dont need all the bells and whistles, im gps illiterate anyway. id prefer garmin, but for the right price, i could live with any name brand.
just wanna be able to find my way home in an emergency.
thx

I don't think the display is color, but, it meet all your other requirements.
