Headers look pretty close to the front rails, are those what you are running?

Can they come off without lifting the motor?

We will have to get together one night after work or the weekend and I can take a look at what you got. Would Tuesday work for you?
Tuesday is a good day for me. I dont want it to be super quiet either, I still want to hear it and want it to have a good tone. Id rather have good tone than quiet so to speak, I just dont want it abnoxiously loud to where you cant hear anyone talk in it and you have to yell at eachother.

Yes Im running these headers. They are tight but there is enough room to remove them.
Wait till you see how close the uprights for the coilover towers come to the valve covers....

Everything will be tight on this set up. Im building it as compact as I can up front because, I want to keep as much room as possible for the 2.5 coilovers and tripple bypass shocks

Nick what inlet outlet is your magnaflow? Id like to try and run 3"-4" exhaust going back, I want to try and move as much exhaust as possible since im dropping it down to one tube and it has the blower.

Good thinking- I dont have a blower and mine is 2-into-1 2.5" and every time i really rev it up I blow one of the header gaskets. Its getting old.

I have a 2 into 1 Magnaflow on my Bronco. 2.5 in and 3" out. Sounds nice but quieter than is was with twin Flowmasters, not a ton but some.

Like this but the muffler is turned the other way.

You are playing with fire. I am afraind that you will end up screwing yourself somewhere down the line with packaging, serviceability, etc. Are you going pro or are you looking to have a fun, bad ass toy? The very first time you set the motor on the chassis you already had to cut it up to make it fit. Odds are it wont be the last.

You're an Idiot sometimes. The frame is getting built around the motor. Making a small relief in the frame to be able to remove the power steering pump and "service it" rather than have to pull the motor to replace a pump is not a big deal in a custom build. I need to have enough room to run the shocks I want so the tighter I can make the frame rails the better off ill be.
This whole thing is getting built around the parts im using and everything will be "serviceable" and I gaurantee at the end of the day I will be able to access, service, repair and remove parts a lot easier than you can from your Jeep.

Now go back to packing your bags for NC.

Quit getting all butt hurt you douche truck. I didnt say notching out your frame rail was a "bad" thing, but I guarantee you didnt know you were going to have to do it until you went to drop your motor on. Just making some constructive critisism. BTW, I have a new signature line since you apparently have this all figured out. Oh, and quit ragging on my Jeep that I designed.

Your still RoNg becasue I never set the motor on the frame rails the motor has been on the bench the whole time, the frame rails got set next to the motor... But yes, it was a slight ooops moment...

Im more butt hurt over the fact that you are moving before you start and finish your job for this build. I understand tho, I know my car is not as cool as a Nascar..

I just took a virtual tour of RCR so I'm practically an expert on that place and you have a much nicer facility to work out of.
