The bumper I used as an idea for this one was like that. I didn't like how wide it was or would need be to cover the sides.

You get any vibrations on the road? Dont those long ass shackles throw the pinion angle off? I always wondered when I seen a Ex with those.

Personally, I'd pull the bumper off and sell it to someone. Then I'd build another slimline bumper(pre runner style) with the same style but 1/3 the weight with a receiver built in. I'd then get a winch cradle to hook up. Keep the winch out of the weather, keep the weight of the bumper down, and keep the winch locked inside. I don't see you using it that much driving to work and back

So I developed an interesting coolant leak the other day on mine.

Seeping from a flat spot in the cyl. head. Not enough to hit the ground but enough for me to smell when I have been driving for awhile and get out of the vehicle.

Just been running it with the small leak. I have yet to see coolant, just can occasionally smell it if I work it hard. Went and played on some private property this past weekend with it. Open front and rear def. took some work from being used to the eb. Added alot of scratches and a couple light dents, along with the need for a new RR tail light.

I put a radiator in mine and got the a/c working, the head is still leaking coolant. Manage to dent my RF and RR panels on trees on private property and break my RR tail light.

Hers got the ac recharged and working again to. And hers made two seperate trips to the dunes for some high rpm fun

Beat mine up again today, got it pretty muddy, also got hung up on a stump bad and needed to winch off. At one point I only had one tire on the ground. Gonna have to pull the gas tank and bend the skid plate back into shape.

Silver lake yesterday for mine. It got worked over pretty hard. Dragged a dead 79 f250 pretty much the full length of the park to the parking lot. Caught some pretty serious air twice while towing him. 5.0l was def working hard. Then we did the ctor border to border race and kept up with ksejeepers side by side lol. Alot more air had. Then drove it home.
