Both are 1998 XLT 5.0Ls with 3.73's and both are rear trac loc'd.
Both have had the TT and Rear shackles
Both have a 2" Body Lift
Both have 15x8 soft 8's with 33x12.50-15 (mine being duratracs and hers ATKO's)
Both have had the awd case swapped out for true 4wd selectablility with the BW4406 from F150's

I like it.


Only thing I see that I would want to add is to extend the sides back towards the tires, make it wrap around a little. Also, it would looks nice with a little stinger IMO.

Nice! Both turned out pretty cool. Reminds me of my old 99 Ranger. Fuck I hated that front d35! After I put a Aussie up front I would break either a CV shaft or a AVM hub everytime I wheeled it.


This was on 32" AT2's,TT,2" add-a-leaf,no body lift.

Dam thing would drag its belly over everytrhing and get hung up more times than I care to remember....but it did get me into off roading.

Plan on mine is open front and maybe an ARB or other selectable style locker.

Next on the wifes is side steps that look like rock sliders.
