Default 05 Yz125 head gasket replacement

Long story short,water pump seal went overheated bike and now plug is getting wet.Also smoking like crazy.Should just replace the o-rings[5&6] or should I do 8 as well.http://partsfinder.onlinemicrofiche....e=13&A=352&B=2

My opinion would be to do the base gasket as well, most gasket kits will include it anyway. Wouldn't be a bad idea to throw a piston in it while you're in there, at the very least replace the piston ring and hone the cylinder.

the base wouldnt be that big of deal to me on a smoker. if you order a whole top end kit as stated that i would use it but for a few bucks you can get the orings. id just go to a hyrdo shop in town and get the orings though. that what i did for my mod sleds that got rebuilt all the time. buy them for 3 bucks there over the 15 for the yamaha part
