CJ7 4" leaf springs/98 wrangler

Could leaf springs of a CJ7 be modified to be used on my 98 TJ?

Anything can be modified, but why? Going from coils to leafs seems like a lot of work and stiffer ride, probably less travel

if you did that you would defeat the purpose of a tj, very bad idea. i suppose it would be cheaper to lift but wont be worth it
