I decided not to try my Harvest Dance last night and instead finished off the Sierra Nevada IPA in my fridge. And I'm glad I decided to wait because I just now opened it to start it with my dinner and it would have knocked me the fcuk out last night.

When I think of great beer, I don't normally think of KC, or the middle of the country at all (except maybe Colorado). But that is quickly changing as I work through this "wheat wine style ale". It is definitely wheat-y but I wouldn't call it heavy at all (even though it's over 9.0% abv). It's smooth but it would knock me out if I were to try more than the allotted 750ml.

That would hurt my feelings if I wasn't looking at houses right now to buy

I've only had 1 IPA in a can.
Hated it - Loved the same beer on tap.

IMHO, all beers are meant to be drank on draft.
