I'm sorry to hear that bowtechs customer service is so shitty.

If I had a problem with merrell products i'd just take them right to wolverine headquarters.

I would suggest going further up the chain.

Also, FWIW, I would suggest looking at Darton's next time. Made in Hale, MI. I don't have first hand experiance but have heard excellent things from customer service.
I had a Darton limb delaminate on me. Bow was replaced with no questions asked. Although that was 30 years ago. I still have that bow and have had no issues with it since then.

Your hiking boots exploded in your face?

Sure you didn't buy them from the same place the shoe bomber went?

Their Corporate Philosphy is:

Quote:
"Refuse To Follow"
Our Mission is to provide the most innovative archery products.

Core Values:

- Integrity is our foundation-both internally and externally

- Respect of each other and people we deal with is a cornerstone of our company

- Listening to our customers, our employees, and our suppliers is what sets us apart from our competition

- Teamwork is driven by our ability to communicate and cooperate together

Business Priorities:

1) Safety - Our products must be safe for the archer to use and we emphasize safety while building them.

2) Quality - We strive for the best quality in all of our products

3) Customer Service - We have our products available when our customers want them, and provide service with excellence after they have bought them.

4) Cost - We leverage lean manufacturing to contain costs and provide value to the costumer.
Maybe a bunch of people from here need to call them up today and remind them of that.

I know nothing about bows besides Darton is made in Hale and that's where I would go if I were buying a bow.

Send an email to Ted. He may have better luck with Bowtech standing behind their junk.

Buy a Mathews and be done with it.

Actually I think PSE and Hoyt both make great bows, just prefer Mathews.
