Default Ranger on da cheap

I wanted something that wasn't the greatest so I could have some fun offroad that I didn't care too much for.

Starts as:
1990 Ranger STX, Auto, 4.0L, push-button T-case, said to be 81,000 miles looks to be about right.

Wanted it to be cheap, don't want to sink too much into it.

Parts:
- 2" spacers from a previous project
- AutoZone "chevy lowering shackles) ~2" of lift
- Had to get new hangers
- Body lift
- Bolts/ nuts/ washers
- Manual 1354 T-case junkyard

May do solid axles over the summer find out when I get there.

I got the lift spacers on between yesterday and today, Then I got part of the way started on the body lift for the front. It is sitting on the body pucks, just have to cut off the broken bolt pieces and get to work.

I have a ton of re-aligning to do on the body and a bunch of welding to do to fix some rusted out body mounts on the frame end of the deal. Managed to tear a radiator hose so I have that to add to the list.

No pics til I get it bolted back down.

Just have a few things to finish up to complete the whole body lift process. Extend the steering shaft, move the bumper and check it all over.

Only things I need to do are, change trans fluid, put the 1354 T-case on, and deal with the tires; possible do some cutting to the body.

Project undo.

Making it back down to stock, rear is all done. Body lift and shackles taken off and put a bumper on that I got from the junkyard.

Tomorrow I am putting in the Transfer case and at least taking off the coil spacers hopefully the body lift too.

Just going to drive it around stock and work on my blazer a little bit. I would rather do something to my blazer than this.

I can't get what I want for it really cheap and don't want to settle for less so if I am going to drop money into something I would rather it be into something I comeplety like. The ranger was something I didn't know if I wanted to continue with.
