Default 6.5x55 swedish mauser sporterized

Up for sale is another rifle from my collection. It is a 6.5 X 55 swedish mauser that has been sporterized and has a 3X9 scope on it. It makes a great hunting rifle and will come with 150 rounds of ammo. asking $350

Bump for a great rifle and cartridge. I love my M38 Swede, low recoil, excellent accuracy as long as you stay away from the cheap Yugoslav ammo and excellent long range ballistics. I've had mine for 20 years and now my son is addicted too!

Your half right. He can legally ship the rifle to a FFL dealer. You don't have to hold a FFL to send guns you however you have to hold a FFL to receive guns through the mail.

Through usps that's correct, but ups and fed ex anyone can ship to anyone intrastate... This is not my opionion it is fact per the batf

A nonlicensee may ship a firearm by a common or contract carrier to a resident of his or her own State or to a licensee in any State. A common or contract carrier must be used to ship a handgun. In addition, Federal law requires that the carrier be notified that the shipment contains a firearm and prohibits common or contract carriers from requiring or causing any label to be placed on any package indicating that it contains a firearm.
