Thank you, ive been reading up on reviews but i always find them sketchy since ya never know who wrote it.

do you regret going with the 8.5 instead of the bigger 10,000 version?

So im starting to think i have a bad head gasket.

it heats up to about 235-240 then goes back down to 210-ish. The heater blows semi warm untill i give it sum gas, then itl cook ur face off untill it idles back down.

anything i should check into?

also im thinking about posting my 15x10's in the for sale section. the more i think about it the more i realize there just not right for me! 15x10's with 3.75" bs. all i can picture is more tire outta the fender then in it!

As for the rear bumper, theres only 3 in the world! Lol. Hes a local fab guy and made 3 up as prototypes. BUUUUUT he only. Sold 2! He still has one unfinished laying on his floor. Pm me for details.

And thank you! I like that its a head turner and semi-trail slayer!

Overheating, first thing I would do other then fill it with anti freeze, would be flush the cooling system to free up any air locks.

I picked up 2 gallon's of antifreeze and a new 195 thermostat. hopefully i get a chance to put them in tomorrow.

got a good bit done today. front bumper went on and painted! and i also swapped out my 33" tsl's with my buddy's 33" mtr's. they ride so smooth and quite! its nice to hear my radio

all taped off and the first coat on

and the finished product!

Im really happy with it. on my way home a little honda cut me off and as soon as he looked over his eyes almost popped outta his head! it made my day.

Went out with the Cadillac Jeepers the other night. I wanted to get pics but it was dark out the whole run.

Im starting to think about going up to BDS 6" coils and have front long arms made. either radius arms or a 3-link. not sure yet.

Im a little disappointed with the 4" zone coils. the front really dropped once i put the bumper on. its sitting just a hair below 4" but the rear is still sitting at 5.25". so i either want to order 4.5" BDS front coils or all 4 6" coils.

if i go up i know id need
-front and rear adjustible trackbar's
-new shocks
-front long arms

im gonna give my friend a call in a bit to see how much itd be for a nice long arm setup.

Starting to collect parts to go up to 6". I know its a bit much lift for 33"s but i like the ground/fender clearance.

I bought new 5" shocks from my dad. he though he ordered 2" shocks but messed up the order so i kinda got lucky

also pm'd a guy on here about a rear trackbar.

so thatd just leave a front trackbar, brakelines, coils, and front long arms!

meeting up with my fab friend this weekend to make up a material list for my radius arms.

Nice build man, I need to start watching it over on JF more! It is hard to sift through the hundreds of build threads over there though. That rear bumper is sick! How much does he charge to do custom bumpers like that? I need a rear to match my front ARB bumper ;)

Ive kinda stoped posting over on JF. Im sick of everyones goto ancwer of "search". Seems like every time i search for sumting i find s with the same "go search" ancwer.

So i plan on keeping this one up to date!

as for the bumpers he's a great guy who loves a challenge! as for price it kinda vareys. for my front and rear i payed $1000 ($550 front and $450 rear). wich i dont think is that bad since an ARB is around $900+shipping.

Our next project is boatsides and then front radius arms!

I hear you on that! Jeepforum really annoys the crap out of me. Thats why you rarely see me post anymore. Im an OG over there, and I still post on a few guys shit, but for the most part its just a bunch of know it all newbies, haha.

But thats a damn good price man! I picked up my brand new in box ARB of this forum for $500 bucks a couple years ago, haha. Can this guy ad a rear tire carrier to the rear bumper?

If your Jeep were mine, Id swap the cladding out for some newer white cladding, debadge it, peel those pin striped off (iirc the 93-95 aren't painted on?) and then kill it with those boat sides and long arms like you said ;) haha

I posted some plans I have made up for my 5.9 if I keep it over in my forsale thread

Hey im a know-it-all newb!

tell ya the truth, he can do anyting. seriously. he's one of those guys.

here's a pic of his jeep from drummond island last summer.

and a cell pic i snapped 2 summers ago when he was on 35"s. the bogger is a 40"

He also built the ranger in the photo. the ranger has a d44/9" combo, leaf's in the rear with radius arms up front. he built the rangers bumper to!

He's my hero

im thinking about doing the same tire carrier but i really dont want my jeep to turn out to be a "mini-me" of his jeep.

i think were on a uni-mind link or sumthing because thats EXACTLY what my plans are!

only issure is i cant find any 96-98 cladding in any JY's locally. it dosnt matter what color because i want to black out from the cladding down.

as for the pinstripe il check in the morning.

only problem right now is theres more plan's then monies

i gotta start prioritizing before winter hits.

Thats definately a sick Jeep. Reminds me of my buddy Maxx's jeep

here is my 5.9 and his ZJ back in 09 down in VA. Those are 40's mounted to a hp D60/14 bolt. he has since swapped those rims out for beadlocks, and done a full hydro steering among many other things
