I tried. I really did. but it looks like fucking dogshit with the hoop above the hood.

I don't mind the dents in the corners of the hoods. im worried about still driving it if I roll. protecting the radiator/motor all underhood components from getting crushed is what I was shooting for.

I agree it won't save the hood but it will save the important stuff. The lines look really good. Who did it for you?

I know a laid off electrician that was hurting for some cash so I let him do it. he used electrical conduit to save weight.

here is what it would of looked like if I went higher. to actually get higher that the peak on the front of the hood it would of been another inch higher than this. at this point I say no fawkin way.

if I had used schedule 40 pipe I would of arc welded it.

Might have been longer than that!!! As you can see in the second pic from all the snow on tvjunkies back, he ripped off his snow flap as he said it made his sled slower because the snow didn't have a place to shoot out of
