OK, time to say Kudos to our supporting business's. I talked to Dale @ Ironman Offroad, where I bought them. I told him that I could not hold EORP responsible because I failed to install the inner spiral rings on the axle shaft. He called Jimmy at Extreme to talk about the snap ring issue. Turns out there were a couple different snap rings that were used and Jimmy is going to supply the other style to everyone that Dale has sold the flanges to.

On top of that, Jimmy wants to replace the one I lost at no charge! I think that is nothing but STAND UP! I appreciate a vendor who recognizes that small issues can result in frustrating results.

Thank you Dale and Jimmy! Definitely raised another notch in my book.

What's the going rate for the EORP flanges? I had RPM Off-road Heavy-duty slugs, but horse traded them down the line. Now times come to replace them.

RockSolid 35-Spline Drive Flanges for $195/set. I decided on lock-outs for my Dana 60, but would be getting the RockSolid drive flanges had I gone that route (I want to retain some decent streetability with a front locker).

Thats ok, after a little "tweaking" they will be just as good as any other flange out there.

I assumed that was what you were referring to.

RockSolids 35 spline drive flanges are nice. you can get them for 195 with their aluminum cover with the logo in the cover or for 145 with the steel cover. this is a great price for 35 spline flanges check them out at www.rocksolidperformance.com under products

Too bad those only work with their version of the 1-ton unit bearings.

Warning- use only genuine motorcraft replacement parts.

Yes, that fancy aluminum spacer is all that makes them "special"..... If you don't believe me, go look up the RCV drive flanges. They are identical, they also list them exclusively as universal D60 parts.

If you REALLY don't believe they will work on regular 60's I'll go put one on my dads axle if you'd like.

I was wondering about the Spidertrax ones after reading that they were only for the unit bearings. I may have to give them a try now.

I've looked for a set and all I can find are ones with 35 splines or more, why can't I find a set with 30 splines? I dont have the extra money to spend on the 35 spline shafts, cuz if I was gunna do that I would just to 35 spline inner and outer. Anyone know

Thanks guys when I click on the 30spline with the performance cover it only shows the cover so I thought thats all it was but I see now, those yukon ones are nice but a bit pricier then others. I see you have to call RockSolid performance to order from them tho?
