Default can someone help me with my computer?

I have been trying to get it working and its still having the winfixer2005 pop up everytime. i might have to stay in the hospital a couple of days next week and i would really like my computer if i have to go. i just don't know how to fix it anymore. i have tired what you guys said before and its still not working right.

(1)
* Run the VirtumundoBeGone.exe tool
* Click Save- Desktop- Save
* Close all running programs (including your Internet Browser)
* Double-click VirtumundoBeGone.exe on the desktop
* Click Continue
* Click Start
* Click Yes

(2)
* Run the FixVundo tool
* Click Save- Desktop- Save
* Close all running programs (including your Internet Browser)
* Double-click FixVundo.exe on the desktop
* Click Run if asked
* Click Start
Important: Do not launch any new applications while the tool is running!
* When finished, click Start. The result will be displayed
* Click OK to close the box
* When finished, restart the computer
* Run the removal tool again and restart the system to ensure that the system is clean. Then, run your virus checker.

(3)
1. Now download Adaware
2. Update it's definitions.
3. Run it and remove everything it finds
4. Reboot

(4)
1. Go to Start -> Control Panel -> Add/Remove programs.
2. Remove Winfixer
3. Reboot.




That will be $50 :)

I was also getting the winfixer popup and my pages freezing. I did steps one and two and no viruses were found. I am running the microsoft antispyware tool and norton and neither can find it. do I also need adaware?

yeah i gave up i can't figure out whats wrong with it i need it for next week so if i can't find someone to help me i will probably be buying a new lab top this weekend. i hate computers.

I would contact Hacksaw.

He is very good at removing this virus.

Yes Hacksaw helps me with all the computer problems I can't fix myself. He is much more computer savvy than i... I would definately contact him...

I am going to bet if you contacted sonicjay he could fix it this week for less than a whole new computer, but if you do decide to buy a new one, I will buy your old one cheap.
