Default 1st gen frames

did dodge make different height frames for the 1 tons vs 1/2 tons? or maybe they were thicker? i thought they did something different but i can't remember now. i know they offered a reinforced frame but i thought there was a height difference.
before i buy a frame, i wanna make sure.

cool, so i'm not going crazy LOL. i have 3 rusted & broken 1/2 ton frames here, thought about cutting 2 up and making 1 good one but i'd like something a little heavier duty.
