Default Hello from West MI

I'm a newbie to this site - looking for good places to wheel in the west MI area. I picked up a 2000 Land Cruiser a couple of months ago that was in rough shape and have done quite a bit of basic maintenance ( timing belt, water pump, fluid replacement, etc.) to it in addition to some mods - Doug Thorley headers, OME lift, 33s, bumper, etc.

Any suggestions for some decent trails?

Which direction!? I'm ok with making a weekend out of it, although the snow is about to fly.

I did some trails in the "forest" with my Tacoma when I had it. Any recommendations on a good starting place for trails in Allegan? Thanks for the replies.

ACES will be going to Kids in the Mudd this Saturday. We will be meeting at Jans Trailside Cafe at 8 AM for breakfast and then heading to the park. Join us if you would like. Otherwise check us out on the WWW and watch for rides on there. A few of us go out in the winter in the Allegan State Game Area quite often. Summer, not so much for lots of reasons.

Welcome!!!

there is some legal trails trails and lots of mud bogs. Most all the trails are just 2wd stuff with a tiny bit of 4x stuff, but still fun non the less.

Watch the "trail rides and 4x4 events" section, we go out most weekends around here..... but snow is flying so its wrenching season!!!
