Default Has anyone used Wearlon?

It is claimed to be a non-stick, super hard, ice shedding coating. The stuff is expensive at between $190-$220 a gallon depending on the type. But, as something that can be painted on where uhmwpe can not be used (like a tube frame or rims)it seems like a great fix.

I am just curious why I don't see anyone using it off road.
